Welcome to our web site ... www.larchmontmamaronecklittleleague.org.

Thanks to everyone involved for great spring 2014, summer 2014 and fall 2014 seasons.

2015 Spring Registration WE'RE OPEN !

Web registration for our 2015 spring season started on Thursday 11/20 for:

  • Players
  • Coaches
  • Sponsors
  • Umpires
  • See the Registration and Divisions pages for additional details.

    2015 Spring Changes WOW !

We've made some division changes for our 2015 spring season:

  • Kickball is now T-Ball Minors! We've designed a whole new program for even more fun and a better experience for our youngest players. We'll begin with Kickball to teach the basic concepts, and then quickly transition to T-Ball using big Wiffle Bats and soft, foam balls.
  • 3rd grade 8 year olds are now eligible for Baseball Blue, and a limited number may be selected! All 3rd graders must have played at least one year of Baseball/Softball Green (or similar experience).
  • Baseball Seniors 13 and Baseball Seniors 14/15 are now Baseball Seniors 13/14/15! We've merged the two divisions to their historical format that was so successful in past years, and we'll form our own internal house league this spring.
  • As with everything we do, L.M.L.L.'s primary goal in implementing the above changes is to provide the best possible baseball and softball experience for our community. We believe that by making these enhancements we can provide a fun experience, strong development opportunity and smooth transition as our participants advance through their elementary, middle school and high school years.

See the Divisions page for additional details.

Baseball Gold, Green, Blue And Majors Bat Restrictions FOR 2015 !

Under Little League rules, the only composite barrel bats that may be used in our Baseball Gold, Green, Blue and Majors divisions are those licensed by Little League. Little League maintains a current list of these bats. Please keep this in mind in buying bats for the upcoming season.

    The list

    Baseball Majors+ Bat Restrictions FOR 2015 !

Under current Little League rules, composite barrel bats will not be permitted in Baseball Majors+ unless they meet the BBCOR performance standard and are clearly labeled “BBCOR”. BBCOR bats are typically 2-5/8 inches in diameter and “drop 3” (or -3), meaning that the bat weighs 3 ounces less than the length in inches (e.g., a 31 inch bat will weigh 28 ounces). This means that certain composite barrel bats that are permitted in Baseball Majors and below will not be permitted in Baseball Majors+. Please keep this in mind in buying bats for the upcoming season.
